Refund policy

Returns


All items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this time, then, unfortunately, we cannot offer any refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once the returned item(s) has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund for the item(s) is approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges


If you need to exchange an item, then please contact us at sales@garageinteriordesign.co.uk and we will organise the exchange.

Delivery of items to be returned/exchanged


You will be responsible for paying for the delivery for returning your item(s). Delivery costs are non-refundable.
